Turismo Sistema Produttivo Aperto

Tourism is a transversal sector which, on the one hand may be a very powerful driving force behind the preservation-enhancement-fruition cycle of the cultural/environmental heritage, helping diffuse the national cultural identity and, on the other hand, it may strongly encourage the industrial development of other sectors, such as constructions, infrastructures, manufacturing sector and Made in Italy. Based on these considerations, the article presents the interdepartmental project titled "Tourism: open production system, aimed at setting up a set of design and application methods, techniques and tools to develop tourism as a sustainable production system".
