Preliminary assessment of atmospheric plasma torches for cleaning of architectural surfaces.

This work reportsthe results obtained in the frame of the EU-funded project PANNA (Plasma And Nano for New Age soft conservation). In this project the use of an atmospheric plasma torch for cleaning alteration and deterioration products on stone and wall paintings is assessed.
