This work reportsthe results obtained in the frame of the EU-funded project PANNA (Plasma And Nano for New Age soft conservation). In this project the use of an atmospheric plasma torch for cleaning alteration and deterioration products on stone and wall paintings is assessed. The removal of gypsum and soot as well as of fresh/aged polymers and graffiti by different commrcial plasma devices was tested........
