Multiple-photon excitation spectra of SiH4 measured in the 10 ?m range by a continuously tunable CO2 laser

SiH4 absorption of 10 ?m laser radiation from a continuously tunable CO2 laser has been measured. The occurrence of multiple-photon excitation has been shown from comparison with linear absorption spectra and from the dependence of some peak intensities upon laser fluence. © 1985.
