As part of our modelling studies of the hydrogenation of N-hetrocyclec contained in raw oil materials, we investigated the selective hydrogenation of quinoline to tetrahydroquinoline by rodium catalists modified with the tripodal polyphosphane ligand MeC(CH2PPh2)3
