Determination of benzene at trace levels in air by a novel method based on solid-phase microextraction gas chromatography/mass spectrometry

A new method, based on collection of air samples on adsorbent cartridges, desorption by solid-phase microextraction and analysis by GC mass spectrometry, was evaluated for the determination of benzene at trace levels in air.
