CARTOGRAFIA PRELIMINARE DELLA QUALITÁ DELLE ACQUE SOTTERRANEE NELLA PROVINCIA DI ROMA (COMPRENDE DUE CARTE GEOLOGICHE)
Conference Paper
Publication Date:
2005
abstract:
The results concerning the elaborations of over 1800 analysis (from near 1500 sampling points) carried out
between 1983 and 1998 by the Local Health Prevention Body are presented. Data were loaded in a GIS to depict an
overview of the groundwater quality in the province of Rome. The relationship between baseline quality and
hydrogeological complexes was evaluated. Data were classified according to the ecological status of groundwater
(Dlgs 152/99) and the threshold values for drinking water (DLgs 31/2001). A preliminary evaluation of the
contamination risk of groundwater was based on correlation of the actual quality vs. degree of aquifer vulnerability
