Abstract:
We have investigated polymorphism in the 5?-URR of the HLA-DQA1 gene by PCR-SSO method in samples typed for DRB1, DQA1 and DQB1 genes. The variability of linkage QAP-DQA1 can give informations about HLA susceptibility i autoimmune diseases and in regulation of immune response in transplantation ane oncology.
