I Criteri Ambientali Minimi per promuovere l'uso efficiente delle risorse e un'economia circolare

The present paper aims to highlight the key role of the Public Administration in the transitiontowards a circular economic model, by promoting the technological and systemic innovation oriented towards sustainability, by means of the implementation of the national legislation on Minimum Environmental Criteria and Green Public Procurement. After a little survey on the legislation framework, the authors illustrate how CAM, in the sectors considered by the analysis, promote the dissemination and implementation of specifics technological and system innovations aimed at environmental sustainability, waste reduction and the dissemination of circular economy models.
