The comment on the judgment no. 104 of 2021 addresses the issue of collaboration between State and Regions on the subject of "incentives to business" in the context of previous case law and of constitutional division of competences in the field of productive activities and economic development, as well as in relation to the perspective linked to the economic recovery after the Pandemic.
