abstract:
Mobile technologies offer new opportunities for distance learning and permit collaboration anywhere. In this paper we propose a mobile platform for computer-supported collaborative learning that improves on the traditional way of collaboration using the new generation of mobile telephones. Students can collect and share live data immediately anywhere, any time. They play an active role in the knowledge building process. The mCLT would be an application for ubiquitous collaborative learning.
