Screening for agronomic and biochemical traits in a lentil germplasm collection.

A lentil collection (232 accessions) from 15 countries has been characterised. Phenotypic and genotypic variation of agronomic and biochemical traits have been studied. The collection has resulted polymorphic for several traits. Potentially superior accessions have been identified.
