Abstract:
The study concerns with the analysis of the possible technical solutions for the integration of
anaerobic digestion (AD) within the operating composting plant of BioCiclo srl, and treating the
organic fraction of the municipal solid waste (OFMSW) from a base of 450,000 persons
equivalent, the main purpose being to ameliorate the overall environmental and economic
performances of the plant.
