High Q Band Stop MSW Resonators on Micromachined Silicon Membrane

abstract:
Frequency Tunable Magnetostatc Wave resonators have been manufactured and tested between 3 and 9 GHz. Modal analysis has been performed on the high order modes of both resonators.
