Uniform sample generation in l(p) balls for probabilistic robustness analysis

A number of recent papers focused on probabilistic robustness analysis and design of control systems subject to bounded uncertainty. In this work, we continue this line of research and show how to generate samples uniformly distributed in l(p) balls in real and complex vector spaces.
