Continuous flow synthesis of Rh and Pd nanoparticles onto ion-exchange borate monoliths: Application to selective catalytic hydrogenation of unsaturated carbonyl compounds under flow conditions

Academic Article
Publication Date:
2014
abstract:
Rhodium and palladium nanoparticles were generated within an unconventional polymeric borate monolith by a mild flow process, and the resulting reactor was used in the catalytic liquid-phase hydrogenation reaction of unsaturated carbonyl compounds under continuous flow conditions, showing excellent conversion, durability, and selectivity.
