CARATTERI IDROSTRUTTURALI DEL TAVOLIERE DI PUGLIA ED ELABORAZIONE DI UNA CARTA LITOLOGICA A FINALITÁ IDROGEOLOGICHE CON L'AUSILIO DI TECNICHE GIS

The geological and hydrogeological features of the "Tavoliere di Puglia" are defined in this work. Particularly, the knowledge deriving from the consultation of Italian Geological Map (scale 1:100.000), the analysis of lithostratigraphic data, surveys and photointerpretation studies, have allowed to elaborate a geolithologic map and draw some sections which evidence the geometry and the relationships among the different hydrogeological units and the connections with the neighbouring karst aquifers of Gargano and Murge.
