Dispersione di polarizzazione in fibre ottiche a birifrangenza aleatoria sottoposte a torsione a "caldo'' unidirezionale

We show statistical properties of first and second order polarization mode dispersion vector in constantly-spun randomly-birefringent single mode fibers. In particular, we comment how the spin process can modify the statistical distribution of the PMD vector with respect to unspun fibers.
