"Italy and International Law. Survey of Italian cases and materials on International law by the Institute for International Legal Studies of the National Research Council of Italy" (ISSN: 2284-4910) is an online publication produced by the Institute for International Legal Studies (ISGI), with some technical support from IRISS-CNR. The main content consists in a reasoned selection of Italian legislation, jurisprudence and practice relevant from the viewpoint of the relationship between international law and Italian domestic law. One may also find a section dedicated to a fuller examination of a specific case of international law concerning Italy. This Third Edition collects a series of cases concerning the implementation of international customary and treaty rules in Italy (through legislation, courts' case law, and Italy's participation in treaty monitoring processes) during the whole period from 1 January 2016 to 12 December 2017.
