Advances in Organic Aerosol Characterization: From Complex to Simple

abstract:
According to the World Health Organization, air pollution is one of the leading causes of premature mortality at global scale. Organic aerosol is one of the most abundant and less characterized air pollutants. An integrated approach based on different spectroscopic techniques allows a simplified description of bulk organic aerosol complexity, able to describe organic aerosol impacts on air quality and climate.
