abstract:
The paper illustrates the importance of legal language analysis for the study and comparison of legal systems with the support of methods and techniques offered by legal informatics. The author explains the first results of the activity of designing and implementing a Glossary and Thesaurus for family media-tion, a composite and strongly interdisciplinary subject between psychology and law. In particular, the first considerations f rom the analysis of the data are referred to the international and European legislation and to the two Italian and Maltese legal system.
