Dynamics of Adsorptive Systems for Heat Transformation: Optimization of Adsorber, Adsorbent and Cycle
Libro
Data di Pubblicazione:
2018
Abstract:
This book is focused on the study of adsorption dynamics of water, methanol, ethanol, and ammonia vapour on loose and consolidated adsorbent beds as well as of the influence of this topic on the overall performance of adsorption systems for heat transformation. In particular, the book reports kinetic measurements performed by a Large Temperature Jump (LTJ) method that represents the most efficient way to study the adsorption dynamics under realistic operation conditions of adsorptive heat transformers. This information may be beneficial especially for people working on the development of novel adsorbent materials and advanced adsorbers for heating and cooling applications.
