abstract:
The nature and distribution of digestive enzymes (total proteases, pepsin, tripsin, chimotrypsin, carboxypeptidases A and B, amylase, lipase) in wild specimens of Sepia officinalis and Octopus vulgaris (Mollusca Cephalopoda) were investigated, in order to achieve information on the digestive process in these species.
