abstract:
The evaluation report is the output of from the first phase of the evaluation of the Community Innovation Survey (CIS). The CIS was initiated by DGXIII/SPRINT/EIMS and EUROSTAT in 1991 as a pilot action seeking to develop a best-practice for collection of innovation data and at the same time seeking to make a database on innovation activities throughout the European Community.
