Sardinia from the Middle Ages to Contemporaneity. A case study of a Mediterranean island identity profile

This book is dedicated to the Sardinian identity profile - from the Middle Ages to Contemporaneity, a theme with a very wide and articulated research literature, although with some significant differences in quality. It is based on the need to disseminate the contributions of some components of an international research project funded by the Autonomous Region of Sardinia , and on the opportunity to also propose authors' reflections on a theme in constant evolutionary dynamism, in the light, furthermore, of some recent studies especially on some of the island's time historical periods, with aims that also fall outside the scientific debate.
