abstract:
The flux growth of two types of perovskite crystals is described. The first type comprises CaTiO3 (the mineral perovskite), CdTiO3, (BaxCa1-x)TiO3 and SrZrO3. The second type comprises the rare-earth gallates RGaO3 where R is La, Pr and Nd.
