abstract:
In order to allow adequate internalization of the topics covered, it is important that the training on group dynamics be experiential; for this reason, classroom simulations are necessary. In fact, understanding the subject matter proves to be insufficient to generate a desire to engage in different behaviors.
Nevertheless, meetings remain an important tool for conveying basic messages and bringing more people into contact with issues of discrimination and well-being in the workplace. Both in order to avoid reactions of rejection by the bystanders and to trigger mechanisms that raise the level of personal empathy often in addition to bullying, the topics covered are general and social, eg Shoah, Women's Violence, Armenian genocide, Bullying, ...
