Detection of Different Kinetic Parameters of Whole Sperm Cell Using a Novel CASA System

Abstract:
Some different kinetic parameters related to the tail and head of sperm cells were dwtected during the tine movement by a novel CASA using an interactive system. Particularly the course of the distances between the neck and different 10 points along the flagellum were analysed and compared with the length course of the minor axis of the head.
