With sentence no. 31/2021, the Constitutional Court declares the constitutional illegitimacy of Regional Law no. 75/2019 of Tuscany on the introduction of zero kilometer products in school canteens. By limiting these products to those obtained "within the administrative boundaries of the Tuscany Region", it invades the exclusive State competence in the field of "protection of competition".
