Density and size distribution of Cyclothone braueri in the Tyrrhenian and Ionian sides of Messina Straits

Results on ichthyoplanktonic survey carried out in July 1995, on the Tyrrhenian and Ionian sides of Messina Straits are reported. The results regars the abundance and the size distribution of Cyclothone braueri (Gonostomatidae). It showed different size ranges and growth between the two studied basin.
