The Front Cover shows a single courageous fish swimming against the main school of fish. This fish represents the few examples of organometallic electrocatalysts that have been successfully used in a fuel cell or in an electrolyzer. Well-known noble metal nanoparticles are the "main stream" electrocatalysts that have many limitations, some of which can be overcome by using an organometallic approach.
