abstract:
The physical properties of rock wool fiber-polystyrene composites have been studied as a function of temperature, frequency, filler content and morphological aspects. The glass transition temperature, mechanical properties, dielectric constant and morphology showed dependence on the rock fibers' concentration. The physical properties of the prepared composite were correlated with the morphology and its glass transition temperature.
