a-Si1-xGex:H for solar cells

We have undertaken a systematic study of the effects of H2 dilution (0< H2 _< 90%) of the gas mixture on a - Sil-zGez : H alloys with 0 < x < 0.5. We have obtained alloys with high values of r}#r and Aa/oa ratio. Hydrogen dilution was found to be instrumental in obtaining materials with good photoconductive properties.
