Experimental Multimedia Telematics Service for a Tele-learning study Application

The development and experimentation of advanced telematics service for tele-education applications are concerned. The applicative scenario (i.e. the experimental application) is a training course funded by the Tuscany Region. In particular, an experimental tele-teaching/learning system has been drawn and implemented to provide the course. The experimental system has involved the Universities of Florence and Siena and two Centres of Regional Interest (Centri di Interesse Regionale - C.I.R.) for professional training of the Tuscany Region: the PIN - Centro Studi Ingegneria of Prato - a research institute spin off of the University of Florence - and the Elea F.P. in Florence.
