Serious Crimes against Italian Citizens in Latin America

It is a comment to the decision of the Court of Assizes of Rome of January 2017 which ruled on the serious crimes committed against people of Italian descent by the military dictatorships of Latin America during the 1970s as part of an operation coordinated to suppress political dissidents known as Plan Condor.
