. Studi di sintesi e analisi geospaziale applicata alla valutazione della suscettibilità ai sinkholes naturali nella piana delle Acque Albule (Tivoli, Roma)

Preliminary results of the in progress studies in the Acque Albule Basin (Guidonia, Tivoli, RM) is presented. New geological-structural, stratigraphic geomorphological, historical, geophysical, geognostic and geo-mechanical data have been collected and integrated with soil gas measurements and historical cartography. These preliminary results, however, have greatly improved the knowledge on the evolution of the entire plain, and aided the development of a geological and structural model of the area, as well as the elaboration of a susceptibility map for natural sinkholes by using geostatistical techniques. Obtained results were also compared with the subsidence data processed by using InSAR interferometric analysis.
