Review of Existing River Basin Networks

This review reports on current practice with respect to the management of European Representative databases. It concentrates particularly on the ways users can access the data and identifies the challenges HarmoniRiB must meet in creating a database suitable for supporting the Water Framework Directive. This review has been conducted primarily by literature and web searches.
