Evaluation of academic on-line courses

The paper we present here is an attempt to analyse the capacity of Italian universities to provide signals of quali^, about their on line courses through their web sites and Student Help Sewices, by evaluating the availability of items of information which may give a clear indication of the real technological dimension, contents and sewices of the courses.
