The family hasn't been studied yet from an philosofical and ethical point of view, although it plays a major role in important steps of life, such as the very beginning and the final part. The inner value of the family, with its practical limits towards one of its members in particular situations of ethical interest (fecondation, transplantation, coma etc...) is therefore analized.
