¿Órganos técnicos o instrumentos políticos? Las comisiones de trabajo de las instituciones parlamentarias y representativas

This volume addresses the topic still unknown of the parliamentary commissions, through the analysing of different aspects, that significantly contribute to broaden the knowledge and recognise their importance. The analysis of these committees, considered as a work-groups, seems to be significant in order to better understand the management of the political and economic power, as well as the relations between the committees and the wider society.
