abstract:
The practice/the work of the vegetable garden accompanies man since his world takes on urban connotations, alternating throughout his history the concept of "culture" and "culture". The present contribution questions the garden in the Middle Ages as a model of spirituality and production in an era in which it represented an economic reality, widespread in the variety of the landscape and in society at all levels, but also an instrument capable of expressing the human experience in the natural field through a path of ideal and moral improvement.
