Abstract:
Potassium is largely present in many foods, particularly fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and nuts, typically in the form of
organic (gluconate and citrate) salts, or, to a lower extent, of inorganic (bicarbonate and phosphate) salts. Potassium is also found
in milk and dairy products and in some types of meat.
