abstract:
In this paper the authors discuss a "free hand access system" on computer by means of which it is possible to use different types of software applications using, simply, a vocal interface supported by a particular software. The design and implementation of this system are part of the Italian Project on Telemedicine which is addressed to support the disabled people in computer using activities. The system uses also Telematic services for teleconferences and carries out a set of operations for disabled people.
