In the present study, we developed a rapid and efficient fluorescence in situ hybridization assay (FISH) in non embedded
tissues of the model plant Catharanthus roseus for co-localizing phytoplasmas and endophytic
bacteria, opening new perspectives for studying the interaction between these microorganisms.
