Catture di Seriola dumerili (Risso, 1810) con reti da posta e mediante cannizzi e rete da circuizione

Catches and effort related to the fishing activity of Seriola dumerili (Osteichthyes, Carangidae) by different fishing gears were analysed during the years 1996-1999 in Selinunte (S/W Sicily) and Trapani (Sicily) fishing areas. Particularly 3378 Kg of S.dumerili were caught in Selinunte Sicily area by trammel net and gillnet, 288 kg in Trapani fishing area by fish aggregating device (FADs) and purse seine.
