Derivative residence rights for parents of Union citizen children under Article 20 TFEU: Chavez-Vilchez

The annotation focuses on the matter of access to derivative residence rights for third-country national parents of Union citizen children. It critically reviews the Chavez-Vilchez judgment in the light of the principles of proportionality and of the best interests of the child.
