Numerical investigation of reverse cross-relaxation process in Tm-doped glass by fitting 3H4 fluorescence decay tail

Abstract:
We show the reverse cross-relaxation process parameter can be calculated by fitting the slow decaying fluorescence tails emitted when pump level is almost depopulated. We also shows more precise measure requires high pump intensity.
