pH experimental data of good quality are still scarce in the Mediterranean as in theAdriatic Sea. Here are presented the results of two repeated surveys at basin scale, conducted within SESAME project, showing significant longitudinal and seasonal variabilities of the pH and other carbonate system parameters.
