CATALOGUE OF SCIURIDAE IN THE MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY OF GENOVA (MAMMALIA, RODENTIA)

Catalogue of Sciuridae (Mammalia, Rodentia) in the Museum of Natural History of Genova.The Museum of Genova holds an important collection of 673 specimens belonging to the family Sciuridae. Five species considered "vulnerable" (VU) by the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species as well as syntypes of four taxa are present in the collection.The Authors present revised identification and the collecting data of all the specimens.
